Measure touchless-processing rate, average turnaround, duplicate count and corrections. A high automation rate is not success if errors increase.

After each recurring correction, update the rule or master data so the process becomes more stable.

Lock the starting state and control balances so every change remains explainable. Separate missing documents, duplicates, misclassification, unreconciled balances and systemic issues.

Work in short controlled batches. Reconcile after each batch and update the adjustment log. AI can suggest grouping, but bulk changes require testing and professional approval.
